Sale of Services


Please note that we require the services to be paid for in full at the time they are ordered.

Terms and Conditions mentioned below apply to all the services that you see on our Site when you access it. We try our best to provide accurate information, descriptions, and images about our services, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

If we ever need to change, reject, or cancel your order, we'll let you know as soon as possible. If we do have to cancel and you've already paid for your order, we'll give you a refund for the full amount. Just keep an eye on your payment method to make sure you receive the refund. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to ask and we'll do our best to help!

Please note that CocoTours Cozumel is an independent agency and not affiliated with any tour operators. As such we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

 

Payments


We accept the following payment methods on our Site: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Diners and Discover.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instruments you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

However, if we notice that your payment violates any of our Terms and Conditions, we may need to cancel or reverse the transaction. But don't worry, we'll always do our best to work with you to resolve any issues that may come up.

Refunds for Services


Please find below our refund policy for services sold on our website: 

​

  • If you cancel your service at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time and date, you will receive a full refund, minus service and transaction fees.

  • If you cancel your service within 24 hours of the departure time and date, you will receive a 50% refund, minus service and transaction fees.

  • However, if you fail to cancel your service, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. 

 

It’s your responsibility to arrive on time and at the designated meeting point. If you do happen to get lost or run into any unexpected delays, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. However, please keep in mind that if you miss the boat, unfortunately, we won't be able to issue a refund.

If you have any queries regarding the refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Weather Cancellation


In case the port is closed due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.

​

Limitation of liability


We kindly remind you that we cannot take responsibility for any personal belongings left behind on the boat. Please make sure to gather all of your possessions before departing the boat.

Please be advised that CocoTours Cozumel, our agents, and affiliates will not be held responsible for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, resulting from your use of the Site.

Indemnity


Except where prohibited by law, by using the Site you indemnify an old armless CocoTours Cozumel and our directors, agents and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable law


This is serious business and as such these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quitana Roo, Mexico.

Severability


If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

 

Changes


These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
